It all began with a dream of an African man named Percy Chikwira. He and his team's insatiable need to learn all about the bean is the success of Infood Roastery. The spirit of the roastery is shared by a small team of passionate baristas and roasters who have won several awards within the Coffee industry. The Roastery also offers the most delicious menu of waffles and giant pancakes. We have a lovely venue available for all kinds of celebrations. Boasting a kiddies play area and large deck with sea view we also have a full liquor licence. Our team can assist with coffee shop set up / restaurant and retail  consultancy together with Barista and Roasting tuition.
